Curtiss is an author, coach, and business strategist who has written several books about EARNING clients and GROWING profits. Formerly a pure technologist, studying math and engineering and obtaining his bachelor’s degree at Purdue University. He spent the early days buried under electronics and computer parts or writing code. BUT THEN…someone told him about entrepreneurship and business…and the rest, as they say, is history. It was like love at first sight.

After getting an MBA from Indiana University, he has spent the last two decades studying, learning, and applying principles to businesses all around the world, helping entrepreneurs achieve their dreams by coming alongside them to build and grow profitable enterprises, while working hard and having fun along the way. As he expanded his skills, he developed and acquired tools that began to help others accelerate their results over and over, again.

Curtiss believes that business is the lifeblood of local economies…that business makes everything possible. It feeds families. It buys homes. It creates a legacy. To live out this belief, he founded and serves as the CEO of GSD Profit Acceleration, where he has developed and mastered coaching techniques that have helped business owners find AND earn millions of dollars.

Armed with a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt and a Platinum Coach Certification he works with individuals and groups of people by producing transformational content, speaking at events and conferences, providing workshops and coaching one-on-one those who seek profitable business growth.

The business principles that Curtiss uses transcend traditional industry verticals. He’s had success working with clients in Health and Wellness, Light Manufacturing, Consumer Services, Insurance, and Forestry, just to name a few.

Curtiss is considered THE go-to person when something needs to get done. He is often engaged to salvage projects and programs that are off the rails…either way late or way over budget. In a nutshell, that is why he named his company GSD – because, in partnership with his clients, he believes that TOGETHER, we GET. STUFF. DONE.
